Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We began shipping internationally. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout. If you have any questions or issues, please email us directly at hello@shoppatet.com 


Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we do not offer free shipping. 


Can you ship a product overnight?

No, we currently do not offer overnight shipping. If you need a shipment sent on a specific date, please email us at hello@shoppatet.com to specify the date and we can calculate the shipping price accordingly. 

Do you offer refunds or returns?

At this time, we do not offer returns on items. All sales are final. If the item you received is damaged, please send a photo to hello@shoppatet.com so we may assess the item to offer a replacement of the same item or a discount code for your next purchase. 

Does PATET pay for my return label?

At this time, we do not pay for a return label. 


What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please email a photo of any damaged items to hello@shoppatet.com so we may replace the item or offer a discount on your next purchase.
